Erosion control / re-vegetation mesh

erosion control / re-vegetation mesh is an integrated composite of the well-known TECCOMESH high-tensile steel wire mesh and a three dimensional mat of PP monofilaments.   The combination of these two unique meshes results in a geomat which is very simple and fast to install and provides an optimal basis for the re-vegetation of bare areas.

The flexible, three-dimensional erosion control mat is installed together with the TECCO mesh and serves as an underlay.   The TECCO mesh is laid over GEOMAT and anchored to the slope with soil or rock nails.  In this way the matting is pressed to the profile of the slope. The irregular, open three-dimensional structure is very flexible and therefore fits snugly to the slope.  GEOMAT works well with sprayed seeding applications.  Slopes stabilized with TECCOMESH System and protected with GEOMAT fit harmoniously into the landscape after the recovery of the vegetation and thus improve the environment.
