A gabion is a cage made of twisted hexagonal woven wire mesh. Our cages are delivered in flat packs, assembled at the project site and then filled with stones.

These modular units have a variety of uses and are often used to form flexible, permeable monolithic structures such as retaining walls, channel liners, hydraulic control structures and erosion protection. They are also increasingly used in construction applications.

The gabion wall is made of high quality steel wire and heavily galvanized. An additional protective polymer coating is also available for gabions that will be used in more corrosive environments or require a longer design life. To reinforce the structure, all mesh panel edges are sewn with larger diameter thread.

Our factory in China produces our gabions. The management and production systems of our factories are ISO 9001 certified.
