It combines two elements into a single, factory‑integrated product:
• Double‑twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh: Provides flexibility and conformability to slopes.
• High‑tensile steel wire ropes (1770 N/mm²): Woven longitudinally into the mesh, running straight to deliver high stiffness and strength at low strain.
Key Properties
• High stiffness: Resists deformation under load; no pre‑tensioning required.
• Strength range: Tensile resistance from 50 to 180 kN/m; punch resistance up to 155 kN/m.
• Corrosion protection:
○ HR: Class A Zn‑Al5% galvanized coating.
○ HR‑PVC: Adds a thermally bonded PVC layer for aggressive coastal/industrial environments.
