ZHUOMAO® HR High-Strength Reinforced Rockfall Mesh（Alternative to Steelgrid HR）, designed for rockfall mitigation, slope stabilization, and surface protection in geotechnical engineering.with reliable tensile strength and impact resistance.

It is designed to meet international engineering standards for slope protection and rockfall mitigation, suitable for medium to high energy level rockfall projects.

The system offers good flexibility, easy installation and long-term durability under harsh outdoor environments.

Core Composition

It combines two elements into a single, factory‑integrated product:

• Double‑twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh: Provides flexibility and conformability to slopes.

• High‑tensile steel wire ropes (1770 N/mm²): Woven longitudinally into the mesh, running straight to deliver high stiffness and strength at low strain.

Key Properties

• High stiffness: Resists deformation under load; no pre‑tensioning required.

• Strength range: Tensile resistance from 50 to 180 kN/m; punch resistance up to 155 kN/m.

• Corrosion protection:

￮ HR: Class A Zn‑Al5%  galvanized coating.

￮ HR‑PVC: Adds a thermally bonded PVC layer for aggressive coastal/industrial environments.
