High-Performance Woven Polyester Geogrid

ZhenGrid WG is woven from high-strength polyester filament and coated with PVC layer. The protective coating shields the core material against construction damage, chemical erosion, biological deterioration and environmental aging. As a high-performance woven polyester geogrid, it features permanent soil reinforcement, low creep and superior durability. It is widely used for reinforced earth retaining walls, soft soil embankment reinforcement, pavement reinforcement and slope stabilization to consolidate soil and strengthen foundation structures.

Structure & Material

 Core material: High-toughness PET multifilament woven into orthogonal stable grid structure

 Coating: PVC protective layer, resistant to mechanical damage, acid, alkali and microbial corrosion

 Specification: Longitudinal tensile strength 20–200 kN/m, transverse tensile strength 20–110 kN/m

 Design lifespan: Over 100 years, stable performance in soil with pH value 3–9

Core Advantages
